Biscotti is an indica-leaning hybrid bred by Cookies Fam Genetics as part of the broader Gelato and Cookies family of cultivars developed in the late 2010s. It combines an old-school Kush-line parent with a modern dessert-lineage cultivar, and it became a widely stocked dispensary cultivar across California and other legal markets shortly after release. Biscotti has also been used as a breeding parent for several later cultivars, including Jealousy and Permanent Marker.
