Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this platform — a business-to-business directory, data, and discovery service for the legal cannabis industry's ancillary market. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.
What this platform is — and is not
We publish business directories, public-registry license data, industry news, educational content, and B2B discovery tools. We are not a marketplace for cannabis products: no cannabis or hemp products are sold, ordered, or transacted on this platform, and we take no commission, introduction fee, or success fee on any transaction between businesses. Paid services are flat-fee only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and using the service for business purposes. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Accounts and claims
Claiming a business profile requires verification that you are authorized to represent that business. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate. We may suspend or remove accounts that misrepresent identity or authorization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: post false, deceptive, or unlawful content; make medical or therapeutic claims about cannabis products; harvest or scrape the service; interfere with its operation; submit content you lack rights to; or use the platform to facilitate any transaction that is unlawful where you operate. Reviews must reflect genuine experience; review manipulation (bought, coerced, or self-authored reviews) results in removal and may result in account termination.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and distribute it on the platform. All submissions are subject to human moderation; nothing you submit publishes automatically, and we may decline or remove content at our discretion.
Data accuracy
License and registry data is compiled from public sources and refreshed on a recurring schedule, but states change records between refreshes. Always verify current license standing with the issuing authority before transacting. Directory content, reviews, and third-party submissions are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this platform is legal, medical, financial, or investment advice. Compliance guides and legality summaries are informational; consult a licensed professional before acting.
Sponsored content
Paid placements are labeled as such and are structurally limited. Featured status never alters review scores or verification badges.
Intellectual property
The platform, its compilation of data, and its original content are protected by applicable IP laws. Public-registry facts remain public; our arrangement, enrichment, and presentation of them are ours.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, unlawful activity, or risk to the platform or its users.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
Governing law and venue will be finalized at production launch on advice of counsel and updated here.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
