Plans, and where pricing actually stands
Claiming and managing your listing is free, permanently. The paid tiers below list what they unlock today — read from the same code that gates them. Prices are not published and no plan can be bought yet; the reason is stated plainly below rather than dressed up as a launch event.
Why there is no checkout on this page
Taking card payments in this industry requires written approval from an acquiring bank under the correct merchant category code. We have not received it, so we do not charge, and we do not display a price we cannot honor. Separately, our bulk email sender is still pending provider approval for this industry, so anything you submit here is recorded and held rather than added to a mailing list. If you want a plan, the qualification form at the bottom of this page reaches a person.

Capability lists are generated from platform_tier_features() — the function that actually enforces each entitlement — so this table cannot describe a feature the software does not have.
Flat-fee services
Services that are billed once or per period rather than as a subscription. Every one is a flat fee — never a commission, never a percentage of anything you close. Where an amount has not been set, we quote it on request instead of printing a placeholder.

The things buyers ask before they buy
- Can I buy a plan today?
- No. Card processing for this industry requires written approval from an acquiring bank under the correct merchant category, and we do not have it in hand yet. Until we do there is no checkout, and we will not publish a price we cannot actually charge.
- When do prices appear?
- When they are set and chargeable, on this page, before anything is billable. We are deliberately not giving a date, because the approval is not ours to schedule.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Nothing is billed, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. Cancellation and refund terms will be published here before the first charge is taken from anyone.
- What stays free, permanently
- Claiming, verifying and editing your own listing. Management access is governed by the claim and permissions layer, which is independent of payment: a lapsed plan removes paid display features and never locks an owner out of their own record.
- Lead credits and usage
- There are none. Lead access at Premium and above is not metered — no lead credits, no per-lead charge. Per-lead pricing is prohibited by our own flat-fee rule, and that rule is enforced in code, not just in copy.
- Data limits and exports
- Full-state and renewal-window CSV exports unlock at Premium. Exports contain registry fields only: business name, DBA, license number, type, status, city, county, ZIP, issue date and expiry date. They never contain contact details we did not publish.
- API usage
- Every account can create one free key with a 100 requests/day quota. Higher quotas are an entitlement of the paid tiers and are not priced yet. The endpoints, fields and limits are documented publicly.
- Seats and team access
- Team access uses the claim permission roles — owner, editor, billing admin, viewer, assistant. There is no seat cap and no per-seat charge in the software today. If that changes it will be stated here first.
- Support
- One queue today: the contact and correction intake on the trust center. "Priority support" is a real Enterprise entitlement in the software, but there is no published response-time commitment yet and we will not claim one until there is.
- Update policy
- Registry records are re-checked on a scheduled job. We publish three separate freshness facts — when each record was last pulled, when the import job last succeeded, and when the figures were computed — instead of compressing them into a single marketing claim.
- Fee structure
- Every paid service is a flat fee. No commission, no success fee, no introduction fee, and no percentage of anything you close. This is a legal constraint we build to, not a positioning choice.
