Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this platform collects, why, and the choices you have. We run a business-to-business directory and data service for the legal cannabis industry's ancillary market. We are not a dispensary, we sell no cannabis products, and we process no cannabis transactions.
Information we collect
Account information. If you create an account or claim a business profile: your name, email address, and the business details you submit (logo, menu, service descriptions, updates, signals).
Content you submit. Reviews, business updates, event and property submissions, RFQ posts, prospect-list names and notes, and messages sent through our lead forms. Reviews and submissions are moderated before publication.
Lead-form information. When you contact a business through our forms (for example a property inquiry or a brand sample request), we store the message and route it to the recipient. Recipient contact details are relayed server-side and never published.
Technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Information we deliberately do NOT collect or store
No health information. Any telehealth-related feature is delivered by an external, HIPAA-covered provider; protected health information never touches this platform's database.
No precise location. If you use "near me" search with device location, coordinates are rounded (approximately 100 m) before use and are never stored.
No payment card data. When paid services launch, payment details will be processed by a payment processor and will not be stored on this platform.
Public-registry business data
License records shown on this platform are compiled from public government registries and public official sources. We display permitted business fields only — business names, license numbers, license types, statuses, cities, counties, and dates. We do not publish owners' personal names, personal emails, personal phone numbers, or home addresses from registry data. Each record identifies its source. If a record about your business is wrong, use the dispute intake on our Trust page — disputes are reviewed by a human.
How we use information
To operate the directory and its tools, verify business claims, moderate content, deliver leads you request, secure the service, and — where you opt in — send alerts and digests. We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party ad trackers; sponsored placements are sold directly, labeled, and structurally capped.
Sharing
We share information only: with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payments at launch); when you direct us to (sending your inquiry to a business); and when required by law. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (for example per-state license counts) are published openly.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via the Trust page intake. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and you may exercise access, deletion, and correction rights through the same channel without discrimination. We honor equivalent rights for residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws.
Retention & security
Account and submission data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for audit and abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted or anonymized. We use industry-standard safeguards; no system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise otherwise.
Age
This is a business-to-business service intended for adults aged 21 and over working in or with the legal cannabis industry. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any material changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
