Mendocino Purps, also circulated as The Purps or Mendo Purps, is an indica-leaning hybrid that emerged as a Mendocino County clone from undocumented Northern California purple stock. A spot on High Times' top-strains list of 2007 is commonly cited as the moment the cut broke out of regional circulation, and later seed work by BC Bud Depot is commonly cited as the source of most stock available today. The cultivar sits alongside Purple Urkle in the small group of foundational Northern California purple clones.

Flowers are typically medium, moderately dense, and two-toned, with plum-purple bracts against lime green and amber pistils.
